We absolutely Y to visit Christie, Scott, Carter and of course Tim. Utah is a beautiful place full of amazing family, scenic mountains, GREEN, good weather, GREEN, and did I mention GREEN? We aren't used to a place without any cactus, and Y it!
I wish we all could live closer because it's always hard to say goodbye. Carter is growing up so fast! He's such an amazing nephew and I Y him to death. I would like to visit as much as I can so I can be a big part of his life!
Today, by the time we all got ready and got out of the house, it was about 12:30, but it takes time for us girls to get ready, DUH. haha sorry dad. We drove to the Rainbow Garden and had lunch- which I ended up almost falling asleep at the table because of the benadryl that my mom gave me, of course she failed to mention the fact that it isn't non drowsy, and it was in the middle of the day. So as we drove back to the house, I was trying so hard to keep my eyes open, we got inside and I went straight downstairs and climbed in bed. two and a half hours later I woke up, played with Carter, had a mountain dew, and a frappacino, and I was definitely awake by then. Thanks mom.
On a different note, there is this book Twilight, that Christie bought for Amanda, which I ended up reading first. Anyways it's an amazing book that once you start reading it you can't put it down! Christie read it, I read it and then Amanda read it. The movie is coming out this December and we are so excited about it! As I was blogging I heard amanda and christie explaining the whole thing to my mom, they were getting sooo into it. funny. amazing what a book can do to you. You would have to read it to understand it. I have read about 15 books in the past few months. I love it. Random fact I learned while in the Morris house: freezing water in any plastic containers gives you cancer. Just so you know. And..according to Scott, Obama blows. I second that one for sure.
In just a few mins we are about to set off our own fireworks. The illegal ones are for sure the best. Gotta Y the border for that one. I'm excited about tonight. Carter is going to Y it! It's like a holiday for Utah so that explains the fireworks. We can see some of the fireworks being set off from Weber State University from their front yard. Lets hope no ones body parts get blown off. I'm not picking up any limbs off the lawn. Not exactly my thing. k thanks! So good luck guys. haha :]
haha k so much for the Weber State fireworks, someones face must have been blown off because they never happened. so we did our own and this beer belly hick comes walking up to us while we are doing fireworks. hick dude: "heyy that (beep) landed on my roof, keep that away from my house!!!"- Scott "okay jeez we heard you the first time! go get another 6 pack, you drunk (beep)"- good times :]
